C  is the second choice!!!  Second choice - ware quality , can have some printing mistakes or color spots (or the sewing work is not perfect) which are not so visible from the distance when the flag hanging up some meters far away.  So you still can to use this for decoration outside or inside.  We offer a special cheap price for this quality flag , but without possibility to change after sale and please don't be angry about  this.
